
How to book the Pugin Rooms
1. Click on Pugin Rooms > Availability. Use arrows/tabs to navigate to the date you want.
2. Click on the date and check existing bookings to see if the time and space you want is free.
3. Return to Pugin Rooms. Click on Booking Form. Fill in form and submit.

There are 66 upholstered chairs and 53 stacking (plastic) chairs and the maximum number of folding tables is 11. Each table seats six so the maximum number seated using St Peter’s tables is 66.
There are modern male and female toilets and a toilet for disabled persons.

NB: Items marked * belong to the Third World Aid group but may be used.
NNB:The cutlery is not identical.
Sound system:
The main hall is wired for the provision of a microphone and loudspeakers but St Peter’s does not provide microphones, amplifiers or speakers.
Alcohol
Private parties, at which alcohol is not sold, may bring and consume alcohol as they would in a private home. Where alcohol is to be sold, it is the responsibility of the hirer to obtain the necessary licence, either in conjunction with a public house or from the licensing authority.
Hiring times
The normal hiring periods are 9am – 1pm; 2pm – 6pm and 7pm – 11pm or any combination thereof. The Pugin Rooms have to be vacated by 11pm.

The Pugin Rooms may be hired via the Booking Service on 07786 789549 weekdays only between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm.
